Constanza Monsalvez

Attorney specialised in Intellectual Property and Industrial Property. She joined the international department of the firm in July 2022.

Since her undergraduate days, she has been interested in IP matters, beginning with the completion of the Intellectual Property and Copyright course at the Faculty of Law in Universidad de Chile which led her to pursue different courses at WIPO to hone her skills in Intellectual Property and Industrial Property matters.  
In her professional experience, she worked as a legal counsellor to national companies regarding corporate matters like the analysis and drafting of company formation documents, mainly articles of association, share purchase agreements, modification contracts and company dissolutions, including the management and application of their trademarks in Chile, developing feasibility reports for new trademark applications as well as devising strategies for a trademark’s defence.

 

Previously, she worked as a legal counsellor in real estate purchases and in lease agreements.

She’s currently working as an attorney at the international department of our firm.
