Attorney at law focused on intellectual property. He joined as a partner to the firm in 2013 as head of the national department of Intellectual and Industrial Property.

Regarding the practice of the legal profession, he advises international and national companies and clients, both in the filing and prosecution of trademarks, patents, domain names, and corporate matters related to intellectual and industrial property.

He also leads the litigation department of the firm, participating in a large number of trials before the trademark office in Chile and hearings before the Industrial Property Tribunal and the Supreme Court with a high percentage of success.

In representation of the firm he has attended international congresses organized by the International Trademark Association (INTA) and by the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI).

He has been responsible for modernizing all the computer systems of the office, processing online 100% of the administrative and legal proceedings before the trademark office, which has meant a more efficient execution of work by the firm, considerably reducing the Processing times.

He has concluded courses in intellectual property at the Universidad Católica de Chile and at the World Intellectual Property Organization.
