As an attorney his practice focuses on intellectual property. He joined the litigation and domain names department of the firm in December 2013
He has extensive experience in complex litigation before the Industrial Property Court and the Supreme Court of Justice, actively taking part in the defense of important companies in the food, pharmaceutical, transport and automobile industry.
Previously, he worked at the Center for Studies in Computer Law (CEDI) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile. He was in charge of the compendium of various judgments given out by different ordinary and special Chilean Tribunals, both first and second instance, in order to develop a jurisprudential database (2009-2010).
Similarly, he served as the law clerk for Judge Mrs. Lorena Donoso, member of the Panel of Arbitrators of dispute resolution in NIC Chile.
He also worked as a clerk for the law firm Alcalde & Cía, where he filed executive judgments, compensation for damages before several ordinary Courts and proceedings before the Local Police Courts of the Metropolitan Region.
